Customer & Sales Support Coordinator in Ahmedabad to support sales operations, manage customer orders and documentation, and ensure excellent customer service across our food, beverage, and pharmaceutical clients.

Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to support our team by managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and documentation while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and handle complex customer inquiries and escalations via phone, email, and chat.
- Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and timely execution
- Lead coordination with suppliers, logistics, finance, and internal teams to resolve delays and improve efficiency
- Prepare and issue invoices, proforma invoices, sample invoices, and related documentation
- Ensure accuracy and control over order tracking, account master, and item master data in ERP
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements (E-way bills, documentation audits)
- Support and guide junior team members; ensure task allocation and performance monitoring
- Analyze order flow, identify gaps, and implement process improvements
- Act as a key point of contact for sales team; proactively resolve customer and operational issues
- Prepare reports, MIS, and status updates for management review
