Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Support Consultant — ERP, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Support Consultant will provide technical and functional support for ERP systems, perform requirement analysis, and address client concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding to and resolving technical queries, maintaining customer relationships through outstanding service, and ensuring that clients fully utilize the ERP's features and functionalities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building and maintaining robust client relationships
- Proficient in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting ERP-related technical challenges
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying, understanding, and resolving complex issues
- Experience in Consulting and advising clients on best practices to optimize their ERP usage
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in ERP software and related technical support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
