Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Supply Chain Manager, based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing demand planning, supply management, procurement, and inventory management across a large-scale retail network. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain performance, optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with various departments and vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Supply Management processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize supply chain operations
- Expertise in Inventory Management and ensuring optimal inventory levels
- Experience in Procurement, including vendor negotiations and sourcing
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Relevant professional experience in retail or consumer electronics sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
