Role Description
The Senior Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply strategies. This position requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and materials. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will also monitor suppliers and negotiate contracts to maintain high-quality partnerships while aligning with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of High Quality SCM Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharma or Food Companies.
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and streamlined operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills for forecasting, problem-solving, and decision-making within the supply chain framework.
- Experience in Supply Management and Procurement, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supply chain projects effectively.
- Experience in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
