Role Description
Teqtron is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Data Analysts with 10+ years of expertise in managing complex supply chain operations and advanced data analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, document flows, and strong SQL skills to generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Operations:
● Manage and analyze complex supply chain documents including Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
● Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CM) to optimize production and logistics.
● Oversee 1st and 2nd leg STOs in multi-stage distribution systems.
● Facilitate implementation and maintenance of Turnkey and Drop Ship models.
● Process and interpret EDI signals to ensure smooth information flow across the supply chain.
● Manage line numbers and Global Part Numbers (GPN) for accurate inventory tracking.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyze supply chain data.
● Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
● Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations during management meetings.
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance.
● Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
● Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
● 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations and data analysis.
● Expert knowledge of procurement documents (POs, SOs, STOs) and their management.
● Demonstrated experience working with Contract Manufacturing models.
● Proficiency with EDI systems and signals.
● Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
● Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities.
● Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
● Knowledge of global part numbering systems and line number tracking.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
● Knowledge of supply chain analytics platforms.
● Understanding of inventory management best practices.
● Experience with multi-stage distribution networks.
● Familiarity with global logistics operations.
● Background in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
