Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Supervisor - Admission & Billing. The role involves overseeing the admission and billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, managing the revenue cycle, and providing strong leadership to the team. The Senior Supervisor will work collaboratively with other departments, monitor daily operations, resolve billing discrepancies, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Billing Processes and expertise in Invoicing
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Analytical Skills to identify trends and optimize processes
- Supervisory Skills to lead teams effectively and ensure smooth operations
- Proficiency in technology and billing software systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational background in healthcare, finance, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Prior experience in hospital operations or medical billing is advantageous
