We are expanding our India team and are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and performance-driven Senior / Student Counsellor – UK for our Ahmedabad Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in the UK
- Guide students through the complete admission journey — from counselling to enrolment
- Assist with university selection, course matching, application processing, documentation, CAS, and visa guidance
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up and counselling support
- Stay updated on UK university requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and lead-generation activities
- Work closely with internal admissions and compliance teams to ensure seamless student processing
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UK student counselling or overseas education consulting
- Strong understanding of UK admissions and student visa processes
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and MS Office
