Provide expert guidance to students regarding study opportunities in Canada, including program selection, universities/colleges, and career pathways.
Evaluate student profiles (academic background, English test scores, financial capacity) to recommend suitable Canadian institutions and study programs.
Assist students with the complete study permit application process.
Ensure all applications comply with Canadian student visa regulations.
Communicate with Canadian colleges and universities regarding admissions, application updates, and documentation requirements.
Keep updated with the latest IRCC policies, visa rules, and study permit changes affecting international students.
Handle complex student cases, including visa refusals, reapplications, and alternative study pathways.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups in the CRM or student management system.
Conduct student counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars to promote Canadian education opportunities.
