Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with strong expertise in STAAD Pro and Tekla Structures. The ideal candidate should be authorized to issue Stability Certificates and have extensive experience in structural design, analysis, and model validation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel structures using STAAD Pro
- Review and validate Tekla models, ensuring accuracy and constructability
- Conduct Tekla model checking and coordinate with detailing teams
- Issue and sign Stability Certificates as per statutory requirements
- Lead and review structural design calculations, drawings, and reports
- Ensure compliance with Codes and industry standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design team
- Conduct site visits and resolve structural issues during execution
- Optimize designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Key Requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E / M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)
- 10–12 years of experience in structural design and analysis
- Strong hands-on experience in STAAD Pro (mandatory)
- Expertise in Tekla Structures, including model checking
- Valid license/authority to issue Stability Certificates
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design
- Familiarity with IS Codes and relevant standards
