Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer based in Mumbai. The role involves designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural systems, preparing detailed technical drawings, and performing structural calculations. Additional responsibilities include quality checks on project deliverables, providing technical guidance to team members, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards. The Senior Structural Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for architectural and engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in structural design, structural analysis, and calculations
- Proficiency in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools
- Experience in quality assurance processes, technical reviews, and in-depth understanding of codes and standards
- Ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and effectively communicate technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
- Professional certifications and prior experience with offshore design projects are advantageous
