We are hiring a Senior Structural Design Engineer (8–10 years' experience) for deployment on projects in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Structural analysis and design of:
- RC Foundations & Equipment Foundations
- Reinforced Concrete Buildings
- Structural Steel Buildings
- Steel Pipe Racks
- Steel Equipment Platforms
✔ Prepare structural calculations and design reports
✔ Review drawings, shop drawings and RFIs
✔ Coordinate with drafting and project teams
✔ Conduct site visits and inspections as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 8–10 years of relevant structural design experience
- Strong experience in industrial structures
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000 and/or Prota
- Strong knowledge of Eurocodes
- Knowledge of seismic design principles
- Excellent English communication skills
Added Advantage
- Dynamic foundation design experience
- Knowledge of American Codes (ACI/AISC/ASCE)
- Structural connection design
- BIM/Revit experience
