Senior Strategist (Growth & Value Architect)

You are a high-integrity leader who navigates the ambiguity of a scaling startup to build a Win-Win-Win engine: where the Business scales, the Employees thrive, and the Customers receive value far beyond the price tag. Your goal is to lead our Creative Department and turn raw potential into a world-class, high-ROI machine.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Expansion (The Pilot)
- Expansion Architecture: Play a pivotal role in the roadmap to scaling, ensuring marketing infrastructure supports rapid headcount growth.
- Organizational Branding: Own the Monkyvision brand identity. Position us as a global powerhouse for Tier 2/3 talent, attracting both high-tier clients and top-tier recruits.
- Financial Stewardship: Set, track, and meet aggressive financial goals. You are responsible for the department’s P&L, ensuring high-margin growth and sustainable scaling.
2. Creative Department & Team Management (The Captain)
- Lead by Example: Act as the North Star for the Creative Department, embodying the work ethic and "Radical Candor" required for global competition.
- Talent Development: Mentor and manage creative teams. You don't just assign tasks; you build careers by bridging the gap between local talent and international standards.
- Operational Excellence (SOPs): Implement and enforce 100% SOP documentation for every marketing and creative process to ensure the "Monkyvision Quality" is repeatable and scalable.
3. Full-Lifecycle Growth & Client Management (The Architect)
- Strategic Diplomacy: Act as a high-level consultant to overseas founders. Manage expectations, present data-backed pivots, and maintain long-term client retention through elite communication.
- Omni-Channel Orchestration: Build a unified engine across Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, and Community Building.
- ROI-Linked Execution: Take 100% accountability for budgets. If a channel isn't driving measurable revenue, you pivot—no excuses.
The ASK Profile:
1. Knowledge (The Tip: Visible & Tangible)
- Global Performance Economics: Deep mastery of international consumer psychology, Unit Economics, CAC, and LTV across Western markets.
- Industry Best Practices: Knowledge of the latest frameworks in client management, project management (Agile/Scrum), and digital trends.
- Financial Literacy: Understanding of departmental budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI modeling.
2. Skills (The Waterline: Developed Abilities)
- Process Engineering: Expert-level ability to create and document SOPs that turn complex creative tasks into streamlined workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to navigate "difficult" conversations with clients and stakeholders using data and diplomacy.
- Full-Stack Execution: Ability to jump from a 30,000-foot strategy to "hands-on" audits in Google Ads or SEO when the team needs guidance.
- Community Engineering: Skill in building digital "tribes" that drive organic growth and referrals.
