Store Manager – Jewellery Retail | Pune
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage and lead our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth store management
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store experience
• Monitor stock, inventory, and product display in the showroom
• Handle billing, payments, and basic store reporting
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
Requirements:
• Experience in jewellery retail (Gold, Diamond, or Silver) preferred
• Good communication and team management skills
• Strong sales and customer handling ability
• Ability to manage store operations efficiently
