Role Description The Senior Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and inventory management. This role includes supervising receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining proper documentation in coordination with production, procurement, and accounts teams. The Senior Store Executive manages stock reconciliations, monitors minimum and maximum stock levels, and supports timely availability of materials for manufacturing activities. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards within the store, and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost control. The Senior Store Executive may also guide junior store staff and contribute to periodic audits and reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should have solid Retail and Sales-related skills to manage store operations, material movement, and demand planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of Commerce, including basic inventory accounting, documentation, and understanding of purchase and supply processes.
- Relevant experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP software, and strong MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate degree or diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
