Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior STEAM Trainer, located in Bawana. As a Senior STEAM Trainer, you will develop and deliver engaging and innovative STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) training programs for students and educators. Your responsibilities include designing curriculum, conducting hands-on workshops, mentoring junior trainers, managing training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will also collaborate with teams to integrate new methodologies and concepts into STEAM programs, ensuring they are aligned with current industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics principles and their practical applications.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and delivering quality educational workshops.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to train and interact with diverse groups of learners and educators.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior trainers and foster collaboration within the team.
- Familiarity with educational tools, technology, and resources that enhance STEAM learning experiences.
- Organizational skills for effectively managing multiple training sessions and adhering to schedules.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, STEM fields, or a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar role and a passion for innovative teaching methods are highly desirable.
