Job Description
🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to build and scale high-performance data platforms powering enterprise-grade systems across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
This role goes beyond coding — you’ll work on complex distributed systems, solve real-world scalability challenges, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade solutions.
💻 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale distributed systems
- Build and optimize high-performance backend services
- Own feature delivery from design → implementation → production support
- Perform deep debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Support teams to solve real customer problems
- Develop internal tools to improve debugging efficiency and system reliability
- Mentor engineers and drive best coding + testing practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and resilient systems

- Languages: C / C++ / Golang
- Platforms: Linux, Windows
- Tools: GitHub, JIRA, Python-based testing frameworks
- Systems: Distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures

🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building large-scale distributed systems
- Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on expertise with tools like GDB, debuggers, performance profilers
- Deep understanding of:
- Microservices architecture
- System design & scalability
- Data-intensive applications
- Ability to diagnose complex production issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with data platforms / data management systems (preferred)
