Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sports Architect for an on-site, full-time role based in India. The Senior Sports Architect will be responsible for designing sports facilities and venues, overseeing architectural concepts, and ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and client expectations. They will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and functional designs that balance aesthetics, sustainability, and usability, while also managing timelines and budgets. The role requires leadership in integrating technical details, offering creative solutions, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance in building designs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Design, with a focus on sports facilities and innovative structure creation.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, material specifications, and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze project requirements, develop blueprints, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
- Experience in stakeholder collaboration, project coordination, and delivering within deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to provide creative solutions and leadership in complex architectural projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in sports facility design or special projects is strongly preferred.
