About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Specialist - Software Engineering with strong expertise in
Adobe AEM to provide technical leadership and guide AEM development teams. The role focuses on
AEM architecture, development standards, code quality, and technical mentoring, while collaborating with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Job Description
The role involves leading the design and implementation of
AEM Sites templates, components, and services while ensuring alignment with established AEM architecture and development guidelines. The candidate will work extensively with
Sling Models, OSGi Services, and HTL.
The position also covers content structure,
MSM and multisite implementations, and Dispatcher-related caching, performance, and configuration. The candidate will provide technical guidance, support sprint planning and estimation, and help identify and mitigate technical risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AEM development activities in line with defined architecture and development standards.
- Define and enforce AEM coding conventions, development standards, and package structures.
- Review technical designs and provide implementation guidance to developers.
- Conduct code reviews covering HTL, Sling Models, and OSGi.
- Lead the development of AEM Sites templates, components, and services.
- Support MSM, multisite implementations, and content structure.
