Role Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Managed Package Tech Lead to lead the design development and lifecycle management of Salesforce AppExchange managed packages This role is responsible for technical architecture code quality upgrade strategy security compliance performance and DevOps for packaged applications used by multiple customers
The ideal candidate has deep experience with Salesforce ISV best practices package versioning subscribersafe development and multitenant architecture while remaining handson with Apex LWC and platform engineering
Key Responsibilities
1 Managed Package Architecture Strategy
Design and maintain scalable subscribersafe managed package architecture
Define packaging strategy
Managed vs unlocked packages
Namespace usage and dependency management
Modular package design core addons
Own package upgrade compatibility deprecation strategy and backward compatibility
Ensure compliance with Salesforce ISVforce and AppExchange standards
2 Technical Leadership Delivery
Lead sprint planning technical design estimation and execution
Break down product requirements into technical tasks and implementation plans
Conduct code reviews design reviews and enforce engineering standards
Mentor developers on managed package best practices and platform constraints
3 Salesforce Development Handson
Design and develop features using
Apex Triggers Batch Queueable Schedulers
Lightning Web Components LWC namespacesafe configurable
Flow subscribersafe automation patterns
Implement robust error handling logging and diagnostics for customer orgs
Ensure secure coding
CRUDFLS enforcement
