Role: Senior Specialist – B2B Media (Performance Marketing)
Location: Mumbai, India
About the Role
We're looking for a Media Buyer who thrives on data, experimentation, and performance. You will own LinkedIn-first media execution, working at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and B2B marketing strategy.
This is the ideal role for a curious, analytical, and ambitious marketer eager to build a career in AdTech and performance media.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns targeting advertisers, publishers, and CXOs.
- Design ABM workflows using CRM lists, company targeting, and intent-based retargeting.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver impactful ad formats (carousel, video, document, and conversation ads).
Testing and Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and CTAs.
- Continuously optimize for lower CPLs and higher engagement.
- Analyze data to identify insights and scale winning experiments.
Google Search (Supportive Channel)
- Run search-only campaigns for branded and category terms.
- Integrate with LinkedIn campaigns through UTMs and GA4 tracking.
Analytics and Collaboration
- Build dashboards using GA4 and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Share weekly insights with content, CRM, and sales teams to refine targeting and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, preferably in an agency or B2B environment
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in GA4, UTM tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Curious, proactive, and eager to test, learn, and optimize continuously
