About Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team, with a dedicated focus on account research, contact discovery, and target database development. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of data processes, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Conduct deep account and contact research using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, Clay, and public sources to identify decision-makers and buying committees.
• Use AI tools (Clay, ChatGPT/Claude, Perplexity) to scale research workflows, extracting capital project data, leadership info, and trigger events from agency websites and public records.
• Own the marketing database as the company enters its next phase of high growth. Serve as the single point of accountability for account and contact data.
• Build and manage an ecosystem of databases and data vendors to ensure we have the best possible data coverage
• Evaluate and recommend new research tools, AI capabilities, and data sources to keep ahead of the curve.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of total experience.
• Any degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with data management tools like DemandTools, Data Loader, etc., that help with data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
• Proven track record of building a marketing database from the ground up
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SQL, or similar programming languages.
