The Senior Specialist will assist with legal issues, promote compliance with law, regulation, and standards of ethical conduct; addresses public policy issues crucial to our business; and provides risk management support solutions to all Operating companies within Marsh.

We will count on you to:
The role will cover contracts and agreement reviews of Marsh businesses across multiple regions.
- Understand the different areas of operations and the operating procedures/regulations governing these operations.
- Advise business on queries relating to contractual clauses and legal risk, pertaining to different geographies.
- Interact with stakeholder and business team to understand their requirements on delivery and ensure quality output.
- Escalate key issues for decision or information using appropriate judgement as to when to do so.
- Actively participate in all team meetings.
- Maintain work tracker with all relevant information.
- Extend support to other team members as and when required.
- Build legal knowledge base by providing regular updates and sharing information.
What you need to have:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Law.
- 3+ years of experience in Abstraction, Drafting, and Redlining of contracts.
- Experience in working in-house or with a reputable law firm with responsibility for review, and drafting and of legal documentation.
- Experience of handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiation
