Role Description The Senior Specialist – AI Product Enablement and Change Management is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience
- in product enablement, user adoption, or technology implementation, preferably with AI or data-driven tools.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
- Ability to design and deliver training, onboarding materials, and user guides for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to gather requirements, interpret data, and measure impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in hybrid environments and coordinating with global and local stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries is an advantage.
