We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Testing Engineer to be a part of a team responsible for execution for testing and validation of Tax solutions. The Testing Engineer will design test strategies, develop and run automated and manual test suites, and ensure solutions meet functional, performance, reliability, usability, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong technical skills, applied quality engineering judgment, and experience implementing resilient “always-on” and self-healing automation in CI/CD pipelines.
What Will You Do In This Role

- Build and maintain self-healing automation techniques (robust locators, dynamic waits/retries, adaptive selectors, AI-assisted locator repair, resilience layers) to minimize flaky tests and reduce test maintenance overhead.
- Author clear, reproducible test plans, step-by-step procedures, and test data sets to support traceability, auditability, and compliance.
- Integrate tests with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and enable pipeline gating, parallel execution, and reporting.
- Use test management and defect tracking tools to capture test cases, execution results, coverage, and defects; ensure alignment with regulatory and documentation standards.
- Triage and troubleshoot test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in tests and application code where appropriate.
