Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Professional based in Chennai. The role involves developing and fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring the successful implementation of tailored engineering and sustainability solutions. Daily responsibilities include providing proactive support, assessing project requirements, facilitating communications between teams, and overseeing project progress to guarantee excellence in service delivery. The Customer Success Professional will also collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for continuous client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction.
- Engineering and Project Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding technical aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, as well as experience in project execution.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess client requirements, analyze challenges, and propose tailored solutions effectively.
- Organizational and Coordination Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and software that streamline and accelerate project planning and execution.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in renewable energy or power infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
