Senior Specialist, Client Enablement

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Enablement to join our Global Payments & Trade, Client Enablement team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serve as a core contributor to onboarding and transition projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client solutions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on project management best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues, driving resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advise clients on optimal solutions and shepherd them through the implementation lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of total work experience, with at least 1–2 years in project management or client onboarding roles.
  • Strong understanding of Global Payments products and client implementation workflows is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Pega, Launchpad, and GIWO is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility regarding shift assignments.
  • Relevant local or regional certifications as required by the business.
