Bain Capability Network (BCN)
In 2004, Bain established its presence in India by opening the Bain Capability Center in New Delhi — now known as the Bain Capability Network (BCN) with nodes across various geographies. BCN is the largest unit of Expert Client Delivery (ECD), supporting Bain’s case teams globally with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence, and Bain intellectual property. BCN comprises Consulting Services, Knowledge Services, and Shared Services.
Who You Will Work With
We are looking for a dynamic Campus Sr Specialist to own end-to-end campus hiring strategy and execution across Tier 1 institutions. You will design the recruitment strategy, build deep institutional relationships, along with stakeholder interaction– acting as the critical link between the firm’s talent needs and the emerging professional talent pool.
Prior consulting experience and a track record at premier campuses will be strongly valued.
What You’ll Do
- Design and own the annual campus recruitment strategy aligned with hiring targets, diversity goals, and employer brand objectives across Tier 1 institutions
- Lead all on-campus and virtual recruitment activities: pre-placement talks, case workshops, interviews, offer management, and candidate experience. Up to 25% travel during peak campus season.
- Build and nurture relationships with placement cells, faculty, student bodies, and alumni networks; serve as primary liaison with campus career services.
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to understand headcount needs and engage senior leadership as campus ambassadors.
- Elevate Bain’s employer brand through innovative campus events, digital campaigns, internships, case competitions, and mentorship programmes.
- Track and report key metrics (offer-to-join ratios, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, diversity mix, candidate NPS) and use data-driven insights to refine strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of campus recruiting coordinators and associates.
About You
✅ UG or MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
✅ 7–10 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated success at Tier 1 campuses.
✅ Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
✅ Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
✅ Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or similar) or Big 4 professional services firm.
✅ Familiarity with competency-based and case-interview recruitment frameworks.
✅ Experience with diversity, equity & inclusion hiring initiatives and campus employer brand campaigns.
