Job Description
Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for providing functional expertise, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The role ensures alignment with HR, Finance, Projects, Procurement, and cross‑functional stakeholders, consistent with Bristlecone's HCM governance model

Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion.
Proven experience supporting business-critical applications in enterprise environments
Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, BMC, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
