💼 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced L3 Mac Mobility / Apple Enterprise Mobility SME to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, solution design and technical leadership across enterprise environments.
🔑 Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in macOS / Apple Enterprise Mobility
- iOS / Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)
- Tanium Endpoint Management
- Endpoint Security
- Splunk for monitoring, analytics and reporting
- Advanced troubleshooting and RCA
- ITSM and change management experience
- Large-scale enterprise environment experience
⭐ Good to Have
- Multi-site / international environment experience
- Automation experience
- MD-102 certification
- Tanium TCA / TCO certification
- Shift-based / on-call support experience
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the L3/final escalation point for critical Mac Mobility incidents.
- Manage macOS/iOS and Apple Mobility environments.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Support solution design, change implementation and technical initiatives.
- Integrate Mac Mobility logging with Splunk.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 teams.
- Drive automation, performance and user-experience improvements.
- Prepare RCA, action plans, technical documentation and runbooks.
- Manage upcoming technical requests and provide technical recommendations.
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
