Role: Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager (AGM)- Channel Sales
Working Days: Wednesday-Monday (Tuesday week off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Urbanrise is looking for a dynamic and high-impact Channel Sales Leader to drive the growth of our premium residential projects in Hyderabad. This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to own business outcomes, build high-performing teams, and shape market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team and channel partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and overall business targets.
- Drive channel sales by identifying, onboarding, and strengthening relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and business plans while tracking market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer expectations.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel networks and guide clients on market trends, investment potential, rental returns, and property appreciation.
- Negotiate, finalize, and manage channel partner agreements, ensuring compliance with SLAs and company policies.
- Build and lead high-performing teams through effective hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retention, while adapting to dynamic business requirements, including weekend operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience of 10-15 years in channel sales within the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record in handling channel partner sales and team target management.
- Ability to develop new markets through channel partnerships and strategic sales planning.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, performance management, and business expansion.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
