Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sourcing and Screening Professional located in Bengaluru South. The professional will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Duties also include building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers, and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to meeting recruitment needs effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent pipeline management
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to strategize and implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify top industry talent
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder management
- Analytical abilities to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in IT and technology recruitment is a plus
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
