We are seeking a results-driven Senior HR Tech Consultant to join our growing team in Pune. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through the full subscription lifecycle. You will blend deep HR domain expertise with product knowledge to drive measurable adoption, client satisfaction, renewals, and upsells.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end client onboarding — configure platforms, conduct training, and ensure a seamless go-live experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the subscription period, delivering regular business reviews and proactive support.
- Share latest product updates and HR best practices tailored to each client's industry and maturity stage.
- Monitor adoption health metrics; design and execute targeted engagement plans to improve product utilization.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client growth objectives.
- Drive timely renewals by demonstrating ROI and building strong executive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal product, sales, and implementation teams to advocate for client needs.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, playbooks, and internal best practice documentation.
Qualifications- MBA from a top-tier institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, TISS, or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Tech consulting, client success, or HR advisory roles.
- Prior experience with consulting firms is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to HCM/HRMS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
- Strong understanding of core HR processes — talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, L&D, and workforce analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter to senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
