Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Pune Division. The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and presenting them to stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams on presales activities, providing expert consultations to clients, overseeing project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires balancing technical and business acumen while ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that meet organizational and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and tackle complex business scenarios
- Proven experience in Consulting and effective client engagement to deliver tailored solutions
- Expertise in Presales strategies and Sales processes, with a focus on addressing customer needs
- Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing multifaceted initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Educational background in Business, Technology, or related fields is preferred
- Experience within talent acquisition or HR technology is a plus
