About this opportunity:
We invite you to join Ericsson as an experienced Senior Solution Integrator, playing a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex integration services across customer environments. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, Linux, virtualization, and IP networking to drive seamless software integration, configuration, and verification of Ericsson and third-party solutions. As a trusted technical contributor, you will collaborate closely with solution architects, cross-functional teams, and customers support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What you will do:
- Perform software loading, configuration, integration, verification.
- Advanced troubleshooting of existing and new solutions in customer site or lab environments using Ericsson products, third-party tools or customized packages.
- Apply cloud-native technologies to design, deploy, and manage integrated solutions aligned with modern infrastructure standards.
- Adhere to Ericsson System Integration standards, processes, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
- Execute test cases to verify the flow, function, and performance of integrated systems, ensuring solutions meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Assist solution architects in customer requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design activities.
- Contribute to solution development initiatives that meet evolving customer and market demands.
- Maintain and implement Environment, Occupational Health and Safety EOHS
The skills you bring:
- 4–8 years of experience in the Telecom and/or IT industry
- Experience in UDM, VAS integration, and SMS services integration with Linux, Virtualization, and Cloud Native technologies and architectures.
- Good knowledge of SMPP and Diameter communication protocols.
- Experience in security and authentication frameworks and implementations.
- Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application deployment
- Ansible, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages for automation and operational tasks.
- Strong hands on in Linux , RedHat/Linux administration, networking including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and LDAP. and troubleshooting
- Good expertise in DevOps, GitLab and GitHub. OpenStack and HOT (Heat Orchestration Template) file preparation for infrastructure deployment.
- Good expertise in VMware (ESXi and vCenter) and KVM, including virtual machine creation and lifecycle management.
- Database knowledge Cassandra and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of network management and provisioning protocols, including XML, SNMP, LDAP, SOAP, and Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with Wireshark or similar TCP/IP protocol analysers for network traffic analysis and issue diagnosis.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally frequently on customer assignments.
