Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive solution architecture across Integration & API platforms to ensure scalable, secure, high‑performing digital solutions.
- Design and evolve architecture within the PCM domain for integrations on MuleSoft ESB and AWS‑based API services.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, cost‑efficient architectural designs.
- Act as the technical authority for Integration and API domains, guiding development teams and ensuring architectural consistency.
- Define and enforce API standards, integration patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Provide hands‑on support for implementation, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, platform teams, developers, and enterprise architects.
- Maintain documentation for architecture decisions, solution designs, and technical standards.
- Lead the Shape Group (20%): hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance discussions, and capability building.
Required Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10-15 years in software engineering, solution architecture, or integration architecture roles.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft or similar ESB platforms.
- Expertise in API‑first architectures and microservices built on AWS.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, event‑driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience guiding engineering teams through technical decision‑making.
- Exposure to agile, cross‑functional, international product teams.
- Proven skills in mentoring, team development, and people leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- AWS certifications (Developer / Solutions Architect / Practitioner) are a plus.
- Experience working with offshore / distributed teams is an advantage.
