Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Design end-to-end finance/controlling ERP solutions aligned with business strategy and technology standards
- Lead and coordinate solution implementation activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Ensure seamless system integrations and proactively resolve complex technical challenges
- Act as a bridge between business users, development teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Define and execute testing strategies, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution designs, implementation plans, and test outcomes
- Ensure all activities comply with GxP regulations, internal SOPs, and data integrity requirements
- KPI: On-time, on-budget delivery of compliant finance/controlling solutions with high business satisfaction
What you’ll bring to the role
Essential Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology roles, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP, particularly within Finance/Controlling (ERP) modules
- Proven expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in solution design and architecture for complex enterprise systems
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating end-to-end solution implementations
- Strong background in testing, validation, and quality assurance in regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (GxP), SOP adherence, and data integrity principles
- Essential skills: Ability to analyze complex finance processes and deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions
- Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

- Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
- Exposure to global or multi-country ERP transformation programs
