Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as global template steward for SAP ATTP, managing changes via Change Request and Design Review Boards while enforcing standardization, Clean Core principles, and regulatory compliance
- Own end‑to‑end functional and technical solution design for Serialization and Track & Trace processes, including serial number management, commissioning, aggregation, decommissioning, verification, and regulatory reporting
- Lead integration of SAP ATTP with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH), ensuring compliant batch status exchange and alignment across manufacturing, quality, and serialization processes
- Drive secure and auditable integration of SAP ATTP with external Track & Trace systems, ensuring compliant exchange of serialization events and reporting data
- Own ATTP‑related interfaces via SAP CPI or comparable integration platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and auditability requirements are met
- Lead SAP ATTP upgrades and migrations from NetWeaver to HANA, including data migration strategy, validation impact assessment, and cutover planning
- Plan and ensure delivery of validation activities and documentation (FRA/URS, FS/DS, IQ, OQ, PQ), ensuring traceability and approvals in DMS
- Orchestrate testing phases (FUT, SIT, OQ, UAT, PQ), including environment readiness, defect management, and formal sign‑offs
- KPI: Compliant delivery and stable operation of global Serialization and Track & Trace solutions meeting regulatory and business requirements
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP ATTP and/or SAP ICH in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of global Serialization and Track & Trace regulations (e.g., EU FMD, US DSCSA, and other regional requirements)
- Proven experience integrating SAP ATTP with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH)
- Demonstrated experience integrating SAP ATTP with external Track & Trace systems
- Hands‑on experience with SAP ATTP upgrades or migrations from NetWeaver to HANA
- Solid experience across the validation lifecycle, including risk‑based testing and DMS usage
- Experience with SAP CPI or comparable integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, SAP MII)
- Essential skills: Strong governance, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities in global, multi‑site programs
- Languages: English (business fluent)
Desirable Requirements
- Experience acting in a technical system owner or template ownership role for regulated SAP solutions
- Exposure to global serialization programs spanning multiple markets and regulatory regimes
