SolarQube Energy is a growing solar energy company focused on residential and commercial rooftop solar installations. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Senior & Junior Solar Technicians to join our growing technical team.
Senior Solar Technician
We are looking for an experienced technician who can independently handle solar installation work and support the team on-site.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in solar installation or relevant electrical work.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics (EEE) or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with rooftop solar installation, wiring, cable routing, earthing and equipment setup.
- Ability to install, test, commission and troubleshoot solar PV systems.
- Ability to guide and coordinate junior technicians/helpers at project sites.
- Good understanding of electrical safety and installation practices.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
Junior Solar Technician
We are looking for motivated candidates who are interested in starting or building their career in the solar industry.
What we’re looking for:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics (EEE) or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and wiring.
- Interest in solar PV systems and electrical installation work.
- Willingness to learn rooftop solar installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working at rooftop/project sites.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
- Good attitude, teamwork and eagerness to learn.
Training will be provided for suitable junior candidates.
