🚀 Senior Principal Enterprise Software Test Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Principal Enterprise Software Test Engineer (15+ years) for a fast-growing startup based in Hyderabad.
This is a full-time opportunity to lead enterprise-level test architecture and validation strategy across cutting-edge platforms.
🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Test Architect / V&V Leader to define and drive scalable, secure, and compliant test strategies across Web, Desktop, and Mobile platforms.
You will act as a technical authority, working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure quality, compliance, and system reliability at scale.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise test architecture & quality strategy across platforms
- Define and own Verification & Validation (V&V) frameworks
- Architect scalable automation frameworks (API-driven, CI/CD integrated)
- Drive testability design (instrumentation, simulators, diagnostics)
- Establish risk-based validation strategies (functional, performance, security, reliability)
- Ensure alignment with product architecture and engineering teams
- Lead test lab architecture (environments, virtualization, distributed execution)
- Drive innovation in AI-driven testing & advanced validation techniques
- Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-functional teams
- Represent testing strategy in technical and leadership reviews
🛠️ Technical Skills Required
- Expertise in enterprise test architecture & automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, TestComplete
- Strong understanding of API testing & CI/CD integration
- Proficiency in Java / Python / C# / C++
- Experience in system-level validation (performance, scalability, security, interoperability)
- Experience designing test labs, simulators, and distributed environments
📋 Domain Expertise:
- Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare/medical devices preferred)
- Knowledge of standards: IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485
➕ Good to Have
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- AI/ML-driven testing & predictive analytics
- TDD / BDD frameworks
- Experience in IoT / Digital Health / Edge systems
🎓 Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in Testing / V&V / Test Architecture
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (Master’s/PhD preferred)
