Job Description
You will be an integral part of the Scrum team, responsible for delivering
high-quality test automation and ensuring reliable product releases.
- Develop and execute automated test suites for new and existing features
- Ensure high-quality product increments through regression and certification testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and schedule regular execution
- Identify defects, collaborate with developers on fixes, and verify resolutions
- Stay aligned with a fast-paced, startup-style execution environment
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing deliverables across functional and automation testing
- Create and execute:
- Test cases
- Test plans
- Test scripts
- Design and implement automated test suites for:
- UI applications
- API services
- Build and enhance test automation frameworks as product requirements evolve
- Ensure high test coverage, scalability, and maintainability of automation suites
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in SDET / Test Automation within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of:
- Testing methodologies and best practices
- Test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle (JIRA or similar tools)
- Strong programming skills in:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Playwright or similar modern UI automation tools
- API automation frameworks
- Experience designing and building automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript testing frameworks:
- Familiarity with:
- Git/GitHub (version control, PR workflows)
- Code review and code coverage tools
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
- Configuration, integration, and debugging
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with non-functional testing:
- Load testing, stress testing, scalability testing
- Experience with large-scale UI automation for web applications
- Exposure to:
- Multi-tenant SaaS applications
- AWS cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with ERP systems:
- Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday
- Knowledge of:
- OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Browser debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools)
- Experience with databases:
