We are looking for curious, self-driven, ambitious software developers with expertise in developing software products for the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in python programming language, must have proven themselves in building and deploying distributed architecture, ability to integrate with external services using industry standard communication protocols. You will work on designing, implementing, and optimizing document extraction pipelines for various applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You are comfortable in designing the software given a solution approach,
You actively use large language models within the bounds of responsible corporate use,
You actively use prompt engineering to deliver your deliverables,
You have in the past steered the chain of thought during a chat session with an LLM,
You must have performed hypothesis driven troubleshooting,
You are aware of prompt injection and its mitigation,
You have built software using Python programming language,
You have tuned performance of existing custom-built software,
You must communicate in formal business language - English and can correspond in any one or more Indian languages,
You are versatile in terms of your individual hard skills and continuously work in improving yourself.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or related field,
7+ years of experience in building software applications,
Expertise in Python and data-engineering libraries,
Strong proficiency in building software using Apache Airflow workflow platform,
Expertise in REST, SOAP, WebSocket protocols, and Kafka platform,
Expertise in working with Microservices, Distributed architectures for software build,
Expertise in building data centric applications with PostgreSQL,
Expertise in building Software as a Service platform,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-modal database management system,
Understands the token economy for using LLM,
Has awareness of detecting LLM bias,
Can optimise performance for the agentic session.
