Job Description: We are seeking a experienced Senior Software Operations Analyst to lead day-to-day software request operations with strong ownership of throughput, process discipline, turnaround times, and service quality. This role is execution and operations-focused, requiring an individual who can independently manage high request volumes, drive structured stakeholder coordination, and ensure predictable, scalable operational outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities Operational Execution & Lifecycle Management Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software-related requests from intake through final closure. Ensure requests meet defined process standards, documentation requirements, and quality checks before progressing. Monitor queue health, aging reports, SLAs, and backlog trends to maintain consistent throughput. Independently manage complex or high-impact requests with structured tracking and timely resolution. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks that impact request turnaround time. Bi-Weekly Operational Review & Stakeholder Orchestration Drive and orchestrate bi-weekly operational review meetings involving key cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare structured agendas, consolidate request status updates, and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies. Facilitate discussions to ensure decisions are made and actions are clearly assigned. Track action items post-meeting and drive accountability through follow-ups. Ensure alignment across teams and maintain forward momentum on high-priority or aging requests. Provide clear summaries and documented outcomes after each review cycle. Workflow & Process Control Enforce standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent execution. Identify recurring inefficiencies and implement process refinements to improve cycle time and scalability. Maintain and update SOPs, execution playbooks, and operational documentation. Drive improvements in intake quality, prioritization mechanisms, and handoff clarity. Cross-Functional Operational Coordination Act as the central operational point of contact across IT, procurement, finance, security, and business teams. Drive structured follow-ups and ensure timely handoffs between teams. Manage escalations with clear context, impact analysis, and recommended next steps. Maintain transparency across stakeholders regarding status and timelines. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track operational KPIs including volume, turnaround time, SLA adherence, and backlog health. Develop periodic performance summaries and operational dashboards. Use data insights to recommend workflow improvements and capacity adjustments. Maintain accurate records to support reporting and audit readiness. Independent Operational Initiatives Lead small to mid-sized operational improvement initiatives (e.g., queue optimization, reporting automation, workflow redesign). Improve workload balancing and request categorization frameworks. Support operational readiness for new tools or process transitions. Continuously drive standardization and scalability within the operations model. Skills Experience in operations management, service delivery, or structured process-driven environments. Strong hands-on experience with ticketing/workflow or case management systems. Proven ability to independently manage high-volume operations with minimal supervision. Experience driving recurring operational review meetings with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics and drive improvements. Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills. Strong interest and passion for software and technology ecosystems. Awareness of emerging technology trends and ability to quickly understand new software categories and use cases. Ability to assess software functionality at a high level and understand integration, licensing, and operational considerations.
