Position: Software Engineering Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write and evaluate code to improve AI model performance across various programming languages.
• Review model outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Annotate technical tasks and assess AI-generated solutions for quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data and model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously with a strong attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, C#/C++, or similar.
• Strong ability to read, write, and reason about production-grade code.
• Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail.
