We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong Researcher skill. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our products by understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and impactful experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and perform usability testing to inform product decisions. This position also involves driving user-centric innovation, delivering compelling presentations, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, and contributing to a deeper understanding of how to create accessible, seamless, and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Analyse research data to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviour patterns.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to incorporate findings into design and development processes.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and detailed research reports to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ensure web designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices.
- Advocate for user-centereddesign principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX Design.
- Experience planning and executing research.
- Self-motivated and ability to work as a part of the team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development workflows is a bonus.
