At Whatmore, we’re moving fast and need a Senior Software Engineer to anchor a pod of 4+ developers. This isn't a role where you sit in Jira all day—you’ll be 80% in the trenches with the code, leading by example.

The Setup:
- Technical Anchor: Set the bar for a pod of 4+ engineers. If you're the person people go to when a bug is impossible to find, you’ll fit right in.
- Execution: Own features end-to-end. No bureaucracy, just shipping.
- Ex-Founder/Founding Member Bonus: We speak your language. We know you care about the business, not just the syntax.
Package:
- ₹30L – ₹40L+ LPA (Base)
- Meaningful Equity: We want you to have serious skin in the game.
- Location: On-site in Bengaluru (the heart of the hustle).
