Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Developer / Engineering Lead to drive our technology transformation. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable enterprise SaaS products while mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team.
- Drive architecture modernization and technical strategy.
- Reduce technical debt and improve code quality.
- Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD, and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Implement AI-assisted development practices.
- Build scalable engineering processes and foster a high-performance culture.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Azure/AWS.
- Experience with enterprise applications, architecture, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in ERP, Media & Advertising Technology, Financial Systems, or Enterprise Workflow Platforms is a plus.
