Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage data pipelines using Talend and other ETL tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data flows.
- Implement data integration and transformation techniques to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Work with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, and Oracle.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to maintain accuracy and reliability of data.
- Provide expertise in migration of large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Talend for ETL and data integration
- Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, transformation, and data validation
- Understanding of ETL processes, workflows, and best practices
- Experience with data migration and large-scale data handling
- Awareness of data governance and quality management principles
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting data issues
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Testing and validation experience to ensure accurate and reliable data outputs
Education: BE in IT or Computer Science, B.Tech, MCA
