Job Title: Senior Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with a strong background in the Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot, and experience in developing microservices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of GraphQL, unit testing with JUnit, and NoSQL databases. This role requires collaboration with the Tech Lead and regular reporting of work status to both the client and Happiest Minds management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Implement GraphQL APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Write and execute unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Work with NoSQL databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently.
- Utilize GitHub for code commits and manage deployments effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project status to clients and internal management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with Spring framework, especially Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in GraphQL.
- Experience in writing unit tests using JUnit.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in using GitHub for version control and deployments.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
