Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules:
HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Integrations.
• Build HR workflows, Journey/Lifecycle Event activities, Service Catalog items, and HR-specific UIs.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Notifications, and Flow Designer flows.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Implement integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Ensure platform security, data privacy, access control, and compliance with HR data governance.
• Support HRSD releases, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
Skills & Experience
• 4–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong HRSD expertise.
• Deep understanding of HR operations, case workflows, employee workflows, and service request design.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience working with sensitive HR data, access control, and privacy/security best practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with HR stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HRIT, or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• CIS–HRSD certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation is a plus.
