The team is seeking individuals who are interested in contributing to the transformation of transportation and logistics operations through technology and collaboration.
Key job responsibilities
We’re looking for strong software leaders who are passionate about building delightful, high-impact shopping experiences for customers. This is a multidisciplinary role focused on work across recommendation and personalization systems.
- You will be responsible for leading the team by setting the teams technical vision, architecture, and development practices.
- You will be responsible for delivering key customer facing capabilities, delivering high quality artifacts.
- You will be responsible for raising the bar for the teams culture and helping grow the talent on the team.
- You will work closely across product, science, and design job families to come up with new solutions for customers.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
